Workplace keypad 16B is designed to be used with the AKIS Technologies queue management system. Workplace keypad 16B has three versions:

1. LAN;
2. PoE;
3. CAN;

• Call operation performed on a next client in a queue or selected by a ticket number;
• Information on queue size;
